Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Here are the estimated delivery timeframes after completing your purchase:
- United States: 7–15 Business Days [We will expedite it as much as possible]
- International: 15–31 Business Days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, or situations beyond the seller's control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it is available. You will be notified via email so you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track your shipment progress here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Elite Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility, such as tariffs and taxes.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or being returned to sender, we will refund the cost of the product but retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and contact us at myelitemarketplace@gmail.com immediately. Damaged goods are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
