Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional transit days for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Here are the estimated delivery rates after completing your purchase
* US 7-15 Business Days (we will try to expedite it as soon as possible)
* International will be 15-31 Business Days
Delivery delays (natural disasters, pandemics, or situations beyond the seller’s control) can occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email to keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can always track the progress of your shipment here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Elite Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, or returned to the sender, we will refund the product cost and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to us at Hello@myelitemarketplace.store right away. We will only replace damaged goods under our Refund Policy.
